Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AI Data Layer plugin and cloud service. By installing the plugin, activating a trial, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to them. This is not legal advice; we recommend you review these terms with your own counsel.
1. The Service
AI Data Layer is a WordPress plugin and cloud service that analyses your
site's published content using cloud AI to extract entities, generate JSON-LD
schema, and publish AI-readable surfaces (such as /llms.txt,
per-page Markdown copies, canonical entity pages, a public REST API, and a
per-site MCP server). Analysis is performed by AI in our cloud, not on your
server.
2. Plans and pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude any taxes that may apply.

The free trial is limited to one trial per domain and does not require a payment card.
3. Credits
- Your monthly analysis allowance resets each billing period when payment for that period succeeds.
- One-time credit packs are available as top-ups: 100 credits for £4, 500 for £15, and 2,000 for £49. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- Your monthly allowance is consumed before any top-up credits.
- Credit packs require an active paid subscription to purchase.
4. Billing and cancellation
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds unless stated.
- On cancellation your monthly allowance stops, but top-up credits you have already purchased remain usable until they expire.
- A failed payment pauses analysis until your billing is resolved.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- only submit content that you own or have the rights to submit for analysis;
- not submit unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content;
- not misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- not use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own site(s) for the duration of your subscription. We retain all rights in the Service, its software, and its underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and deliver results to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated results will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, the licence granted to you ends, though purchased top-up credits remain usable until they expire where applicable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the plugin or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them.
